Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz own a breathtaking $34 million property that faces the Pacific Ocean

Alicia Keys, a Grammy-winning performer, and her husband Swizz Beatz, a music producer, just sold their Phoenix vacation home for a cool $3.1 mιllιon, but they are still residing in their ultra-modern La Jolla, California home.

The pair spent $20.8 mιllιon to buy the beautiful Razor House in 2019. This mansion is a design enthusiast’s dream with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean cliffs, over 10,000 square feet of living space, and numerous terraces spread throughout the multiple levels.

The distinctive La Jolla mansion, created by Wallace E. Cunningham, has appeared in ads for Calvin Klein and the Visa Black Card. Highlights of the design include a glass elevator in the underground garage, a 5,100-square-foot infinity pool, and a unique pool table made of stainless steel and glass by Ralph Lauren.
